Blake joined the Dorothy's team in February 2022, initially starting as a part-time line cook. His dedication and culinary skills quickly shone through, leading to a full-time position and distinguishing him as a natural leader within our team. By October 2022, Blake had been promoted to sous chef, a role in which he has continued to excel, guiding our kitchen team with both skill and grace.
Known for his kindness and thoughtfulness, Blake is one of the most genuine people you could encounter. Beyond his culinary talents, he is an avid gamer, often found achieving victories in Apex when he's not expertly preparing fish or crafting the perfect bread pudding. (That's right, your favorite bread pudding is all thanks to this talented man).
